Privacy Policy

Short version: pixelrivals.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. The only personal data processed is what any web server needs to deliver a page, and whatever you send us by email.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on servers in Germany. When you open a page, the server automatically processes technical data your browser sends: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system information. This is necessary to deliver the website and to keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a working and secure website). The hosting provider keeps these log files only for a short period and processes them on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

3. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party content

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts, scripts, images and videos are served from pixelrivals.com itself; no data is sent to font, video or analytics services. The scenes run entirely in your browser and do not send anything back to us.

4. Links to other websites

Scene pages link to news sources and to X (formerly Twitter). The "Share on X" link is a plain link: nothing is transmitted to X unless you click it. Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of the other website applies.

5. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your address and message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns a request, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise them, write to contact@pixelrivals.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
